Size: 2000 Hectares (4942 acres).

Location: The property is located in General Alvear, in the Province of Mendoza. The Mendoza Province is in the extreme West of Argentina beside the Andes Mountains and is in about the middle of Argentina on a north to south axis.

Distances: The property is on National Route (Interstate) 143, 21 miles (35 km.) south of the city of General Alvear.

Improvements / Work Installations:
The property has all of the facilities and equipment necessary for the large scale commercial production of goat cheese. The production building is newly constructed as of the year 2000 and is built to withstand earthquakes using anti seismic technology (in other words, this is one stout building!). It measures 36 x 65.6 ft (11 x 20 meters) for an overall building footprint square footage of about 2,350 square feet and has the following facilities

- The Basement: Dimensions are 16.4 x 32.8 f t. with a square footage of about 538 square feet (5x10 meters) . The basement contains the cooling and pre-cooling rooms.
- First Floor: Fully outfitted kitchen, laboratory, cheese packaging room, cooling room, storage room, 2 bathrooms, and processing room measuring 32.8 x 36 ft (1,180 square feet) (10 x 11 meters) with the floors and walls completely tiled to facilitate ease of cleansing and substantially reduce the possibility of contamination during vital processes .
- Second Floor: The second floor consists of a large room with an insulated (expanded polyurethane) tin roof that can be adapted to any number of uses as the new owner sees fit.
The entire production area is fenced to keep the animals out.

There is also a caretaker’s house on the property for a full time custodian to live in.

A windmill and a cement Australian tank provide water constantly and are in good working order.

A large covered holding area for animals is provided, which includes fully equipped milking room for 12 goats, each station containing feed and water troughs. There are 6 chutes and all equipment is in good working order and currently functioning.

200 corrals/small barns for goats, all lighted and each containing water and feed troughs.

Artificial lake of approximately 888,600 square feet of water surface( 800 meters by 100 meters) which is a year round lake. There is another seasonal lake on the property as well.

There are several dirt roads on the property, which are all in good condition.

The property is fenced.
