Main

This property is located over one of the most significant
aquifers of the province, with an excellent quality
and quantity of drinking water available from it.
The subsurface water level is not deep at all; the
first water sand it found at only 12 feet of depth
and there are more zones farther down . The property
has a well with an automatic pump which is used for
irrigating through a system of pipes, all of which
are in excellent condition and can be extended over
a larger section of the property if so desired.
There is also a large Propane storage tank on the
property to provide for domestic and/or industrial
use of gas for heating, cooking or other uses.
Factory - On the east side of the
property is an area dedicated to light industrial
use, with the infrastructure for a small polyurethane
panel factory in place. For several years this factory
manufactured polyurethane panels (prefabricated roofing)
and all of the equipment needed for this endeavor
is still in place. In the local area there is still
a workforce that is qualified to work in this capacity
and hireable at very low rates.
The factory is made up of two large buildings, which

been using the direct planting method for years.
