first property consists of 363
acres (147 hectares) of which about 99 acres (40 hectares)
are planted with fruit trees , 74 acres (30 hectares)
are planted in alfalfa, and the remainder is level
and open, with a part being used for pastureland.
Buildings:
There are two houses and three work sheds/storage
barns on the property.
Water Well:
A bore hole has been drilled for a water well and
is ready for the installation of an electric pump.
Electricity is in place and 660 feet (200 meters)
of pipe is provided for irrigating young plants in
a nursery environment.

# 2:
The
second property consists of 106 acres (43 hectares),
of which about 59 acres (24 hectares) are planted
with fruit trees and the remaining 47 acres (19 hectares)
are leveled but unplanted.
