west of the town of Merlo in the Province of San Luis,
in central Argentina.

the typical low native scrub brush of the region.
The area is well watered and has springs and wet weather
creeks in the valleys. Good native grasses for grazing
livestock are found throughout the property. There
is also the possibility of developing parts of the
property for adventure and eco-tourism and the major
tourist center of Merlo is only 30 miles away. Close
to the property is a place called el Bajo de Veliz,
which is known for its ancient foissil beds.
