ARGENTINA LAND SALES / TIERRAS EN VENTA

REAL ESTATE AGENCY AGREEMENT

I , ______________________________, hereby appoint Argentina Land Sales / Tierras En Venta, a real estate business based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to be my Agent in Argentina, from the date of execution this instrument until 2 years after the date of execution of this Agreement.

It is agreed that in consideration for the services provided to me by Argentina Land Sales / Tierras En Venta, that I will pay a commission in the amount of 3% (three percent) of the purchase price of any and all properties purchased by me in Argentina during the period covered by this Agreement, which are either the direct or indirect result of efforts, introductions or services provided to me by Argentina Land Sales / Tierras En Venta.

No part of this Agreement may be modified in any manner except in writing and only if the amendment is signed by both parties. No oral modifications of any terms of this Agreement are permitted.
